JBHF70℃90度電機(jī)引接線纜簡(jiǎn)要說(shuō)明:電機(jī)引接軟電纜詳細(xì)介紹:本產(chǎn)品適用于連續(xù)運(yùn)行導(dǎo)體高溫度為70℃/90的電機(jī)繞組作引接線用。

一、生產(chǎn)執(zhí)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn) JB6213.2—1992

二、JBHF70℃90度電機(jī)引接線纜使用條件

1、連續(xù)運(yùn)行導(dǎo)體高溫度為70℃/90；

2、敷設(shè)時(shí)的允許彎曲半徑應(yīng)不小于電纜（電線）外徑的4倍

導(dǎo)體連接要求低電阻和足夠的機(jī)械強(qiáng)度，連接處不能出現(xiàn)尖角。中低壓電纜導(dǎo)體連接常用的是壓接，壓接應(yīng)注意：
Conductor connection requires low resistance and sufficient mechanical strength, and no sharp corners can be found at the joint. The middle and low voltage cable conductor connection is usually pressed.
（1）選擇合適的導(dǎo)電率和機(jī)械強(qiáng)度的導(dǎo)體連接管；
(1) choose suitable conductor and connecting tube with electrical conductivity and mechanical strength;
（2）壓接管內(nèi)徑與被連接線芯外徑的配合間隙取0.8～1.4mm；
(2) the gap between the inner diameter of the pressure pipe and the outer diameter of the connecting core is taken from 0.8 to 1.4mm.
（3）壓接后的接頭電阻值不應(yīng)大于等截面導(dǎo)體的1.2倍，銅導(dǎo)體接頭抗拉強(qiáng)度不低于60N/m㎡；
(3) the resistance value of the joint after crimping shall not be 1.2 times larger than that of the equal section conductor, and the tensile strength of the copper conductor joint shall not be lower than 60N/m C.
（4）壓接前，導(dǎo)體外表面與連接管內(nèi)表面涂以導(dǎo)電膠，并用鋼絲刷破壞氧化膜；
(4) before crimping, the outer surface of the conductor is coated with conductive adhesive on the inner surface of the connecting pipe, and the oxide film is destroyed by a wire brush.
（5）連接管、線芯導(dǎo)體上的尖角、毛邊等，用銼刀或砂紙打磨光滑。
